Delivery Times & Charges

For Internet orders your purchase will arrive within 7 working days. If for any reason the item you have ordered is not in stock, you may buy this item and will be charged immediately when ordering. Customer services will contact you to advise you of the expected delivery date of your purchase. We do offer an Express Delivery Service (UK Mainland Only) at an additional charge. Postage and Packing
Postage and packaging charges are as follows

UK mainland only
Order up to £25 - £3.95
Orders over £25 - £70 £6.95
Orders over £70 - £8.50

Outside UK mainland
Postage and packaging is charged at current mailing charges cost, therefore the above mailing bands do not apply. Upon receipt of your order we will telephone or e-mail you to let you know the exact postage and packing charge prior to processing your order.

For deliveries to the UK the charge covers the cost of despatching goods to you and insures you against any deliveries or returns lost in transit. All overseas orders are despatched by airmail. Local duties may be payable on receipt.

Delivery by Carrier
Large or heavy parcels will be delivered by Carrier (UK only). For insurance purposes, our carrier requires a signature for delivery, except where clear alternative instructions have been given by the customer. If you are not normally at home during working hours, please give an alternative address to which your delivery can be made such as your place of work or a neighbour.

A telephone number for use by the delivery operator would be very helpful. In the event of the driver leaving a card while you are out, please telephone the number on the card, the same day if possible.

Returns
Returning your purchase couldn't be easier. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, and wish to return your goods, please follow the instructions below:

For goods delivered by Royal Mail or Parcelforce - please use the self-adhesive FREEPOST Returns Label enclosed with your goods.

For goods delivered by Carrier - please call Customer Services on
